The Allscanner VXDIAG C6 Star Diagnostic Tool is a professional-grade Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) specifically designed for Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, and Smart vehicles. It is the modern alternative to the older MB Star C4 and C5 multiplexers, offering a more compact design and native support for the DoIP (Diagnostics over Internet Protocol) required for modern Mercedes models (like the W223 S-Class and W206 C-Class).
Dealer-Level Diagnostics: Provides access to every module in the vehicle (Engine, Transmission, SRS, ABS, Infotainment, etc.).
DoIP Support: Essential for high-speed flashing and programming on new-generation Mercedes vehicles that use Ethernet-based communication.
ECU Programming & SCN Coding: Supports online and offline programming (Note: Online SCN coding requires a valid Mercedes dealer account).
Multi-Connection Modes: Can connect to your laptop via USB, Wi-Fi, or LAN (Wired Ethernet) for maximum stability during critical programming tasks.
J2534 Passthru: Complies with SAE J2534 standards, allowing it to be used as a universal interface for other OEM software (if licenses are added).

Benz C6 with SSD bundle package (Benz brand only)
1. C6 firmware can be updated online. C4, C5 does not.
2. VXDIAG C6 allows to add other car brand software licenses (Techstream, SSM III, HDS, IDS, GDS2 etc) into the device, MB SD C4/C5 does not.
3. VXDIAG Benz C6 has the regular LAN port, a USB port and can connect via a wifi network on its own.
4. C6 just works without any configuration.
5. C6 uses the VCI “toolkit” from X-ENTRY.
